There are 126 embassies and consulates all over the world that you can collect your Iran visas.

Iran visa needed documents :

• Digital image of main passport page

  (Full page, valid , colorful, legible, JPG format )

• Fill out the online visa application form
• Digital personnel (passport) photo (JPG format)
• CV (for American, British and Canadian passport holders)

Iran Visa process:

Option 1 : If the visa collection place is embassy : As soon as all the documents are received to our agency, the visa will be applied at the accurate time. It takes about 1 Week to obtain the visa authorization code from the MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), this code will be valid for 30 days to refer to the expected chosen embassy and collect your visa.

Option 2 : If the visa collection place is one of the international Iran airports : As soon as all the documents are received by our agency, the visa will be applied at the accurate time. It takes about 1 Week to obtain the visa authorization code from the MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then there will be 3 months to refer to the expected chosen airport and collect your visa.

Option 1 & 2 comparison :

• In both methods, the visa authorization number is issued in advance.
• If the airline does not allow to board without visa, option 1 is recommended.
• Option 2 is recommended to those who will have last –minute decision to travel to Iran.
• Option 2 is recommended to those who does not have easy access to one of the Iran embassies.
• Some nationalities are not allowed to collect their visas at the airport (option 2)
• The visa collection fee, which is governmental fee, must be paid in both options.
• The maximum visa validity for both options is 30 day. However, in some occasions, longer visa duration is issued.
• It may take about 7 working days (more or less) to collect the visa stamp at embassies.
• The travel lengths can be extended while you are in Iran in both options and by Iran Foreign Intelligence Office agreement.
• None of the options affect the visa issuance process and regulations.
• It takes some minutes to get the visa stamp at the airport.
• Any nationality can collect his visa in any Iran embassy all over the world.
• Visa process for the American, British and Canadian passport holders takes about 1 month and ONLY option 1 is applicable.
• It takes faster if you can refer in person to the embassies.
• Some may need to post the documents to the embassies because of long distances; so earlier application is recommended.
• Some embassies may need to get the finger print.
• The travel insurance can be obtained at the Iran airports.
